Taking a guided Canadian Rockies bus tour can be a great way to learn more about the area, while stopping at all the best view points, and Brewster offers many such tours from Lake Louise. For a panoramic mountain view it is hard to beat a sightseeing gondola ride, the Columbia Icefield is also a popular destination, just 130km north of Lake Louise, and a horseback ride is a great way to explore the trails around Lake Louise.
