Lake Louise Shore Line

Lake Agnes Tea House
A lovely little hike up & up through thick trees passing by Mirror lake & Bridal Falls. The Teahouse is perched aside a cliff overlooking Lake Agnes. Outdoor patio with log stools & tables. Large variety of teas, scones & sandwiches.

Little Beehive
Start from Lake Agnes, 2km in total, 105m gain

Plain of Six Glaciers Tea House
This is, without a doubt, one of the most iconic hikes in the Rockies. For its relatively short distance the terrain and views seen from this hike are amazing. Follow the shore line of Lake Louise to the trail head below the cliffs at the end of the Lake (look up for climbers). Views of Victoria Glacier, moraine fields and the lake itself are stunning. The teahouse is an extra bonus, built in 1924 this lovely rustic log building serves a great cup of tea and finger food.

Fairview Mountain
Steep and rewarding, amazing rock faces & cliff, breathtaking view down a sheer cliff from the summit.

From the Lake Louise boathouse follow the Saddleback trail for 0.3 km then branch right.

Trailhead: down Moraine Lake Road 2.5 km to a parking lot (Paradise Valley Trailhead) on the right hand side.

Larch Valley
17km, 880m gain, 7.5hrs via Paradise Valley Trailhead (2.5km down Moraine lake Rd)
OR 5.6km, 465 m gain, 3 hrs from Moraine Lakeshore Trailhead

Consolation Lakes
Trailhead: the Bridge at the rear of the Moraine Lake Picnic Area.
5.8km, 65m gain, 2hrs

Sentinel Pass
Trailhead: 100 m past Moraine Lake Lodge, along lakeshore.
11.6km, 725m gain, 5hrs.
